INGREDIENT
225 g self raising flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
225 g caster sugar
225 soft margarine
4 medium eggs
STEPS
1. Sieve flour and baking powder in a large bowl. Add sugar and margarine. Mix together.
2. Break eggs into a mug and add them to the bowl. Stir everything well until you have made a smooth mixture.
3. Bake about 25 minutes at 180'c
BUTTER ICING
225 icing sugar
100 g unsalted butter (softened)
1 tablespoon of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1 teaspoon of food coloring (your favorite)
STEPS
Add all and stir everything hard until mixture is fluffy. And ready to be use.
